Let’s Learn Candle Making: (This was a Past Events)
Let’s enjoy an afternoon learning how to make candles adding your choice of aroma and flowers. This is a time to relax, make new friends, and laugh. We will learn to make our own candles, have brunch and socialize.  This event is partnered with Empowerment Coach and Personal Trainer, Christina Mummaw, owner of Strong Wellness Fitness Studio.  ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED.

Introduction to Virtual Reality: Come See Me to De-Stress
Imagine yourself being surrounded by Dolphins; underneath, above, behind, beside and in front of you. Listen to their clicks and squeaks and feel them scanning you, and be part of their special acoustic vibrational universe. The Dolphins are inviting you into their home.
Virtual reality (VR) can be defined as sets of three-dimensional environments with which a person interacts in real time, generating a sense of immersion similar to real life.

DBT skills group aims to help enhance your capabilities in day-to-day life. The four skills your therapist will teach include:
- Mindfulness: This is the practice of being fully aware and focused in the present instead of worrying about the past or future.
- Distress tolerance: This involves understanding and managing your emotions in difficult or stressful situations without responding with harmful behaviors.
- Interpersonal effectiveness: This means understanding how to ask for what you want and need and setting boundaries while maintaining respect for yourself and others.
- Emotion regulation: This means understanding, being more aware of and having more control over your emotions.

Recovery Support Group From Addiction: (This was a past events)
Addiction skills group aims to help enhance your caj)obilities in day-to-day life. The four skills I will teach include:
- Mindfulness: This is the practice of being fully aware and focused in the present
instead of worrying about the past or future. How this skill helps sobriety. - Â Distress tolert: This involves understanding and rnonoging your emotions in difficult or stressful situations without responding with harmful behaviors. How your feelings are excuses to relapse.
- Interpersonal effectiveness: This means understanding how to ask for what you want, ,need and boundary setting while maintaining respect for yourself and others.
- Emotion regulation: This means being more aware of your moods while having more control over your emotions.
- How to be honest about your urges for alcohol or drugs. To be honest with others.
